Ordering & payment
How do I place an order?
Add the products and sizes you want to your cart, then open the cart to generate a ready-to-send message. Send it to us on WhatsApp, LINE, Telegram, or email and we will confirm the details.
Do I need an account to order?
No. There is no sign-up and no login. Your cart is stored only in your own browser until you send us the message.
How is payment handled?
Payment is arranged directly with us by PromptPay or Thai bank transfer after you send your order message and we confirm availability. No payment is taken on this website.
Are prices shown final?
Yes. Every price is shown up front in Thai baht, and tracked delivery is free nationwide. Your cart shows the final total before you prepare an order message.
Delivery & dispatch
Where do you ship?
We ship within Thailand only, to every province. Because we dispatch from inside Thailand there is no customs delay.
How fast is delivery?
Orders confirmed during the day are dispatched the same day. Tracked courier delivery typically takes 2–3 days to any province.
How are orders packaged?
Orders are packed discreetly and prepared with the Thai climate in mind. See the delivery page for more detail.
Research use
What does "research use only" mean here?
All products are supplied for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not medicines, supplements, cosmetics, or foods, and are not intended for human or veterinary use. Product pages describe identity, handling, and research context only.
Do you provide dosing or usage guidance?
No. We do not provide dosing, administration, or usage instructions, and our product information is not medical advice.
Products & handling
How should products be stored?
Storage guidance is listed on each product page. In general, keep lyophilised research vials cool and away from light, and follow the handling notes for that specific product.
Are product images photographs of the exact item shipped?
No. Product images are illustrative representations. Actual label details and packaging may vary, so confirm the selected option, SKU, and current label when ordering.
