Review policy and how to leave a review

If you have received an order, you can message us through WhatsApp, LINE, or Telegram. Reviews are handled manually because this static website has no customer accounts or review form.

What to include

• Your order reference so we can confirm the purchase.
• The product and option you ordered.
• A rating from 1 to 5.
• Feedback about order accuracy, packaging, delivery, or support.
• The display name you want us to use, or a request to publish anonymously.
• Clear permission to publish your review.

Our review policy

• Only feedback matched to a confirmed purchase is marked as verified.
• We remove personal information, abusive or irrelevant material, and physiological, dosing, or treatment outcomes that conflict with our research-use-only policy.
• Moderation does not change a rating or rewrite positive or negative sentiment. Eligible critical feedback is treated the same way as positive feedback.
• Nothing is published without the buyer's permission.

What happens next

We confirm the order, check the feedback against this policy, and reply if any identifying detail needs to be removed. When reviews are published, they will appear on the relevant product page.
